(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell Community School Board of Trustees will meet in executive session on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

The agenda includes:

Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authroized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.

To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9).

Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b).

Discussion with respect to collective bargaining as authorized by 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)-(2) (A)
