Hoosier Hills Credit Union Pledges $1,000 To Hurricane Relief Efforts

(BEDFORD) - Hoosier Hills Credit Union recently joined the efforts of credit unions across the United States with a $1,000 donation pledged toward helping people affected by recent hurricanes Irma and Harvey.

The donations were distributed through the National Credit Union Foundation and will be used to empower credit union employees and volunteers to provide critical services that will help to rebuild the lives of members in the disaster areas.

Hoosier Hills Credit Union President and CEO George McNichols commented on the opportunity to lend support. "This coordinated effort of credit unions is a direct reflection of the credit union philosophy of 'People Helping People.' We're glad to be able to contribute to the effort."
