(BLOOMINGTON) - Eagle Pointe Golf Resort is once again able to conduct sales after its retail license had been revoked.
The business was closed on August 30th after being cited on two tax code violations. The Department of Revenue is prohibiting the business from conducting retail sales. Golfing fees could be collected, because those fees are not taxed, according to the Indiana Department of Revenue.
Now the resort is open for all business.
