(BEDFORD) - The City of Bedford Board of Works and Safety has scheduled an executive session Friday at 1 p.m.
The session will be held at City Hall in the Mark E. Scherschel Sr. Council Chambers.
The subject matter of the executive session is as follows:
IC 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b) (6)(B) - To receive information concerning the misconduct of an individual over whom the Board or Works has jurisdiction and discuss before determination the individual's status as an employee.
IC 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b) (9) - To discuss before a determination, an individual's status and job performance evaluation as an employee.
Then at 1:30 p.m. the Board of Works will hold a special meeting at the request of Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley to consider the recommendation to place a Bedford Police Department employee on administrative leave.
