4-Month-Old, 9-Year-Old Injured When Car Crashes Into Building On IU Campus

(BLOOMINGTON) - Early Saturday morning, officers from the Indiana University Police Department responded to reports of a car crashing into a building on the Bloomington campus.

Authorities say the vehicle crashed into a building used by the IU Marching 100 in the 1200 block of East Mattlock Rd. around 1:45 a.m.

A 4-month-old, 9-year-old and the 39-year-old female driver were transported to a local hospital from the scene. Their conditions are unknown at this time.

IUPD says the incident is currently under investigation, and they are working to determine how and why the car went off the road and crashed into the building.
