Two Suffer Minor Injuries In Crash At US 50 And State Road 57

(DAVIESS CO.) - Minor injuries and one citation was issued in a Sunday crash at US 50 and State Road 57.

Daviess County Sheriff's deputies were called to the scene at 2:35 p.m.

According to police 33-year-old Justin Clark was south on State Road 57 and told police he didn't see the red light and continued into the intersection.

His 1997 Cavalier hit an 1003 Nissan driven by 20-year-old Courtney Richardson of Bicknell.

Her car was pushed into an 2007 Ford Focus driven by 61-year-old Cathy Colvin of Oaktown.

Richardson and Colvin complained of neck pain and were taken by private vehicle to the hospital.

Clark was not injured and was cited for disregarding a stop sign.
