(BEDFORD) - Road work will begin on Lincoln Avenue today between 9th and 18th streets.
E&B Paving, of Bloomington, will begin milling the street today.
Bedford Assistant Street Commissioner Dennis Grogan says all cars parked on the street will have to be removed by 6:30 a.m.
Anyone having off-street parking will need to use a side street for parking until the asphalt is laid, rolled and cooled.
Crews will begin laying asphalt Friday, weather permitting.
Paving should be completed by this weekend.
