(BEDFORD) - Various schools will see some new faces taking leadership roles this year.
Hein Tlustek, a former Bedford North Lawrence High School and Oolitic Middle School teacher, was named interim principal at Shawswick Elementary School this year.
Former Shawswick and Heltonville principal Aaron Ritter will take over as assistant principal at Bedford North Lawrence High School.
Todd Tanksley, the former assistant principal at Mitchell Junior High School and who served as principal at Heltonville Elementary, will become the assistant principal at BNL.
Cheryl Knight, who was a math teacher at BNL and was named as interim assistant principal at BNL after Principal Dan Dyke resigned due to health issues, will now fill the position permanently.
Christy Wintczak and Sarah Lee, NLCS curriculum directors, will share administrative responsibilities at Heltonville for the school year.
