(BLOOMINGTON) - Bethany Stanger was crowned 2017 Miss Monroe County Fair Queen on Friday night.
17-year-old Hannah Allen, a senior at Bloomington High School North, was named first runner-up. Second runner up was 19-year-old H.D. Smith, a freshman at Purdue University
Stanger, 19, a freshman at Indiana University, also won Miss Congeniality.
