(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man injured his elbow and lower arm after he lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadways Sunday night at Tunnelton Road near Duncan Bend Road.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 56-year-old Randy Hays of Bedford was traveling north on Tunnelton Road and entered the curve sliding on the slick roads that were caused by a recent rain.
Hays told police he hit his brakes and couldn't stop causing his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck to crash into a tree.
