(BEDFORD) - Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Tunnelton Road and U.S. 50 East on Thursday afternoon.

Police say 62-year-old Pamela Ritter of Norman was traveling east on U.S. 50 East just after 4 p.m. and was approaching Tunnelton Road when her 2008 Buick Enclave was struck by a 1998 Jeep Wrangler driven by 46-year-old Brent K. Byrer of Bedford.

Byrer told police he was turning left onto U.S. 50 East from Tunnelton Road and had the green light. A witness confirmed Byrer had the green light during the incident.
