(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce announces there is still time to get tickets for their 101st Annual Dinner.
The dinner will take place Friday, August 18 th at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds Expo Hall. Social hour begins at 5:30 pm, followed by dinner at 6:30 pm. Keynote Speaker for the evening will be Indiana University President Michael McRobbie.
Tickets for the event are available. Member tickets are just $30, while non-member tickets are $40. Sponsorships are also available, with the Platinum level at $1000 for two tables of 8, and the Gold level at $600 for one table of 8.
The Bedford Chamber is also seeking nominations for the 2017 Business Beautification Award and the 2017 Community Service Award.
If you know of a business that has made improvements to its physical appearance and you feel they deserve to be recognized, please submit their nomination for the 2017 Business Beautification Award.
Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond for their community? If you do, then consider nominating them for the 2017 Community Service Award. Letters of nomination should include details about the nominee's work and volunteerism, as well as their contact information. This prestigious award will be presented at the Chamber's 101st Annual Dinner on August 18th.
Nominations for the 2017 Business Beautification and Community Service Award should be submitted to the Bedford Chamber by August 4th.
