(HUNTINGBURG) - A Huntingburg woman was arrested on Thursday afternoon after police say she was driving while intoxicated with her seven-year-old son in the vehicle.
Police stopped 29-year-old Michelle Nugent after they noticed her blue Mitsubishi cross the center line at 14th and Newton streets.
Police determined she had a blood-alcohol content of 0.231 percent.
During an inventory of the car, officers found numerous items of drug paraphernalia and two legend drugs.
Nugent was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated with endangerment of a minor, possession of a legend drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was booked into the Dubois County Security Center.
