(WORTHINGTON) - A Worthington man is facing charges after he allegedly stole a vehicle and threatened the victim.
Worthington Police arrested 27-year-old Steven Powell after he allegedly stole the vehicle on the evening of June 7.
Police say the victim told police Powell threatened to kill him, then went into his bedroom and retrieved his car key and left in the vehicle without permission.
The victim told police he occasionally allows Powell to use his vehicle, but he denied giving Steven permission to use his car June 7th.
