(BEDFORD) - A Morgantown woman was arrested Sunday morning after Lawrence County Police received a report of an erratic driver near State Road 446 and US 50 East.

They spotted the white Jetta traveling west on US 50 East. Police says the driver was weaving and driving left of the center line.

Police stopped the vehicle and arrested 39-year-old Marisa Payton on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated per se and OWI.
