(LEESVILLE) - Jackson County REMC has planned a power outage in Lawrence County, just west of Leesville.
This outage will affect about 50 members.
The outage will begin at 9 a.m. and is expected to last until around 11 a.m.
The reason for the outages is there is a tree that is in danger of falling through the lines. Officials have to drop the lines in order to take the tree down.
