Four Arrested After Report Of Fight In CVS Pharmacy Parking Lot

(BEDFORD) - Bedford Police arrested four people in the CVS Pharmacy parking lot Sunday afternoon after a report of a fight.

Police arrested:

Brandy Webster, 38, of New Palestine, on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, visiting a common nuisance and unlawful possession of a syringe.

Shawn Flick, 26, of 626 G St., on charges of possession of meth, possession marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a controlled substance.

Lordmeister Powers, 27, of Williams, on charges of synthetic identity deception, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, visiting a common nuisance and possession of a controlled substance.

On Sunday at 3:19 p.m., Bedford Police officers were called to CVS Pharmacy parking lot after a report of a fight and those involved were still in the lot in a black 2003 Ford.

When police arrived they saw Flick exiting the vehicle, with the other three inside.

Weaver was arrested on a warrant. Police then found he had a baggie which contained meth.

Chief Dennis Parsley say everyone was then arrested while police sorted out the details and did an inventory of the vehicle.

"During inventory, they found all types of drug paraphernalia including syringes and smoking devices. They also found marijuana and pills," Chief Parsley added.

All four were arrested and taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
