Daviess County Airport Offering Flying Lessons

(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Airport is now offering flying lessons.

Midwest AeroWorks and Midwest AeroSports, LLC has opened a flight school at the airport north of Washington.

Owner Eric Seber says the new flight school offers two kinds of pilot training.

One for a sport pilot's license takes around 20 to 35 hours of training with an estimated cost of $3,875 to almost $6,000. The other is a private pilot license that takes between 30 and 60 hours at a cost of up to $9,435.
