(FRENCH LICK) - DaLynn Burton has been promoted at Hoosier Hills Credit Union to Vice President Operations for the HHCU French Lick Service Center.
Burton has worked at Hoosier Hills Credit Union since 1999, most recently having served as the Assistant Branch Manager at this location. Prior to her work as Assistant Branch Manager, she served in various positions as a Teller Supervisor, Vault Teller, Member Service Representative, and Loan App Originator for HHCU. Burton replaces Linda Cooper, who is retiring after having served as VP Operations at French Lick for 10 years.
In her new position, Burton is responsible for all operations of the French Lick Service Center, including developing member relationships, maintaining compliance, and managing the staff at that location.
A French Lick native, Burton graduated from Springs Valley High School prior to joining Hoosier Hills Credit Union.
Regarding her new position, Burton commented, "The best thing about working with my members is that this is my home town. It makes me happy knowing I'm making a difference in the lives of our members, as well as my community." Chief Retail Officer Andy Fish added, "We are happy that we were able to promote from within and put DaLynn at the helm here. Because of her long tenure and being a Valley native, she knows everyone and truly wants to do the best job for them."
