Bedford Man Arrested After Found Passed Out At Johnny Junxions

(JUDAH) - A Bedford man was arrested at Johnny Junxions Tuesday night after an Indiana State Police trooper found him passed out in a vehicle at Johnny Junxions.

25-year-old Chad Pace of Bedford is facing charges with possession of meth, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, maintaining a common nuisance and driving with a suspended license with a prior conviction.

At 11:12 p.m., an Indiana State Police trooper went to Johnny Junxions after receiving a report of a man passed out inside a vehicle with his foot on the brake,

According to ISP Sgt. Curt Durnil, the vehicle was in gear.

After the officer woke up Pace, he noticed the odor of marijuana and searched the vehicle.

"Approximately 3 grams of methamphetamine were located in the vehicle," Sgt, Durnil says. " He (Pace) admitted to smoking marijuana and methamphetamine earlier in the day."
