(BEDFORD) - Local author Michelle Medlock Adams was awarded the Selah Award at the Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writers Conference in North Carolina.
This marks the third time since 2012 Michelle has won the top prize in the category of Best in Children's Literature.
She won this year for "Happy Birthday to You!"
She prevailed in 2012 with my "My Big Book of Prayers," then again in 2014 with "God Knows You," which went on to claim Book of the Year honors over Selah winners in all other categories.
