Arts Fair On The Square Is Saturday

Dark Side Tribal is an American Tribal Style® belly dance troupe and FatChanceBellyDance® Sister Studio based in Bloomington. They formed in early 2006 with the goal of exploring and promoting the strength, power, and grace of tribal style bellydance, as well as celebrating the community-building aspects of improvisational group dance.

(BLOOMINGTON) - The 37th Annual Arts Fair On the Square is Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Featuring 100 amazing local, regional, and national artists and craftspeople with a wide variety of work including glass, painting, wood, photography, metal, jewelry, and more.

The free event will start with an event kick-off concert at 10 a.m. by the Bloomington Community Band. Then check out some stunning art all around the courthouse square.

There will be impressive performances by Windfall Dancers, Dark Side Tribal belly dancers, and Jordan River Crossing barbershop quartet.

Don't forget to stop by the two interactive art centers for hands-on activities creating your own art.

Free parking will be available at the Bloomington & Monroe County Convention Center at 302 S. College Ave.
