American Red Cross Receives $5,000 From Old National To Help Salem After May Flooding

(SALEM) - Old National announced a contribution from the Old National Bank Foundation in the amount of $5,000 to the Indiana Region of the American Red Cross.

This contribution is entirely for the benefit of Salem area residents still managing the aftershock of May flooding.

"We cannot thank Old National enough for their support of the residents of Salem recover from the flooding last month and their commitment to our mission of preventing and alleviating suffering human suffering, said Duchess Adjei, regional communication director for the Indiana Region for the American Red Cross. "Their generous support gives help and hope to those who need it most."

Old National encourages friends and neighbors to continue working for, and giving to, those in need. Kim Misamore of Old National Bank says; "We see the continued need for supporting our friends and neighbors... Old National has provided this donation to offer additional funding, and to encourage other businesses and individuals to continue helping those still rebuilding. We really want to keep a spotlight on the need and encourage the community to come together for those still struggling."
