(BEDFORD) - The Hoosier Hills Armed Forces Families will host their 8th Annual Support Our Troops & Vets Ride on Saturday.
The cost is a $25 donation per bike. This ride will include coffee and donuts at registration and a good meal upon returning from the ride at the National Guard Armory.
Registration will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday at the National Guard Armory in Bedford. Kick stands up at 11 a.m.
If the weather is extremely bad on Saturday, the ride will be conducted on Sunday.
All proceeds will go towards care packages throughout the year. It will also go towards helping at least two veterans in need.
Plus the group purchase corsages for the mothers, grandmothers and spouses of those serving to wear on Mother's Day in honor of their soldier.
Last year more than 130 riders participated.
