Washington Police Capt. Named Officer Of The Year

Police Chief Todd Church (L) presented Captain Richie Tolliver with Officer of the Year Award.

(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police Captain Richie Tolliver named Officer of the Year.

Tolliver, who spent most of 2016 battling a series of health issues, was cited for his professionalism, dedication and selfless service to the WPD and the citizens of Washington.

Washington Police Chief Todd Church says Tolliver is a driving force of the police department showing all department members what determination is.
