(SALEM) - Two Salem residents were arrested after the Washington County Drug Team executed a search warrant Friday morning at 113 Hickory Avenue.
Police arrested 36-year-old Leslie Spaulding and 29-year-old Monica Dorta, both of Salem, on charges of dealing meth; maintaining a common nuisance; dealing in marijuana, hash oil, hashish or saliva; possession of meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, hashish or saliva; possession of a synthetic drug or lookalike substance and neglect of a dependent.
The charges were enhanced as a result of firearms being discovered in the residence.
Both are being held in the Washington County Detention Center.
Assisting Agencies included the Salem Police Department, Indiana State Police, Washington County Sheriff's Department, Harrison County Sheriff's Department, Scott County Sheriff's Department, Washington County Prosecutors Office and the Division of Child Services.
