(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after the Indiana State Methamphetamine Suppression Drug Task Force Team received an anonymous tip about the dealing of narcotics from a home at 1380 East Grissom Road in Mitchell.
According to ISP Sgt. Curt Durnil, troopers made contact with 26-year-old Tyler Moore at his home where he gave troopers consent to search the home.
Troopers found a small hand rolled marijuana cigarette, numerous plastic bags, a plastic sandwich bag with plan material and a marijuana shaker in a freezer.
Troopers arrested Moore on charges of counts of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor and maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony.
