(MITCHELL) - A West Baden man was arrested after police say he got into a fist fight with his brother over a basketball game.
Mitchell Police arrested 18-year-old Kayne Henderson after they were called to Persimmon Park Apartments on Sunday afternoon after a report of a fight.
When police arrived just after 3:30 p.m. they found Henderson screaming and yelling at his brother.
Police say he got mad because his younger brother was beating and punching him.
The two scuffled and Henderson was able to pin down his brother and repeatedly punch him.
The brother suffered bruising and scraps.
Henderson was arrested and while en-route to jail, he continued to yell and scream, earning him a charge of disorderly conduct.
According to court records, after an initial hearing Monday, Henderson was released on his recognizance Monday.
