Free Sports Physicals Offered To Mitchell High School Students

(MITCHELL) - Mitchell High School and St. Vincent Dunn will offer free sports physicals for the summer and next school year at the Mitchell High School Gym on Wednesday, May 24.

The following time frame will be observed:

Seniors from 10 a.m. until Noon

Juniors from Noon until 2 p.m.

Sophomores from 2 p.m. until 3:45 p.m.

For an athlete to receive a free sports physical, they must have the entire pre-participation packet completed.

The health history form and insurance form, which includes an insurance number, must be signed by the parents for the student to be seen by the doctors. These packets are available in the high school office or at the MCS website on the athletic department's page, and can be printed at home.

Remember, students cannot participate in summer conditioning or events until they have a physical on file dated after April 1, 2017
