(BLOOMINGTON) - On Tuesday, IU Health Bloomington Hospital officials will unveil a life-sized Healer’s Touch sculpture, a donation from Janice Ross and the Bloomington Hospital Foundation.
The sculpture will stand in recognition of all past, present and future IU Health Bloomington nurses.
The event will take place in the garden in front of the main entrance of IU Health Bloomington Hospital at 3:30 p.m.
Attending the celebration are Bonnie and Mark Barnes, founders of the nationally-acclaimed Daisy Foundation. Hospitals nationwide, including IU Health South Central Region facilities, regularly recognize exceptional nursing efforts by presenting a Daisy Award.
