(BROWNSTOWN) - A Brownstown man is facing charges of arson after he made threats to burn down the building of his former employer.

Detectives arrested 39-year-old Marcus Graham on charges of arson, intimidation and two counts of possession of an explosive substance, according to a report from Detective John Long with the Brownstown Police Department.

Graham was arrested after police were alerted that Graham was making threats at the Dairy Queen at 115 West Commerce Street.

Long says when he arrived at the restaurant, he was told Graham's employment had recently been terminated, and Graham had stated he was going to burn the building down.

Upon further investigation, police recovered two Molotov cocktails that had been constructed by Graham.

Graham was arrested at 12:03 a.m. Saturday and is being held without bond.

Jackson County officers Jesse Hutchinson and Clint Burcham assisted with the investigation.
