(FAYETTEVILLE) - Several headstones were damaged at in Ferguson Cemetery on Tuesday.
Lawrence County Sheriff Mike Branham says the vandalism took place at Ferguson Cemetery on Indian Creek Road after 3:30 p.m.
Many of the headstones found knocked over and smashed date back to the 1800s.
