Three Seymour Men Arrested After Using Fake Identifications To Obtain Employment

(SEYMOUR) - Three men involved with presenting fake identification while seeking employment from an employment agency in Seymour were arrested Monday.

Seymour police were called to the employment agency after the three men used false documents to try and obtain employment.

Police arrested 18-year-old Raul Ruben-Juan and 30-year-old Virgilio Juan-Felipe, both of Seymour, on Level 6 felony charges of using and presenting counterfeit identification and using counterfeit identification to obtain employment.

36-year-old Ruben Francisco-Ruben, also of Seymour, is facing Level 6 felony charges of presenting counterfeit identification and deception by providing a false government document.

The men told police they bought the documents from a man, who they only knew his first name, from in Tennessee.

All three were arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown, where they are being held without bond pending their initial court hearings.
