(SOLSBERRY) - A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Solsberry woman after she escaped from home detention.
According to a probable cause affidavit, 31-year-old Tiffany Michael was scheduled to be away from her residence from 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on April 14.
Community Corrections say she left the home around 10:13 a.m. and failed to return to her home at the designated time.
Michael was sentenced to home detention on a Class C felony charge of forgery and began house arrest on March 13.
She is now facing a Level 6 felony charge of escape.
