Washington Police Department Announces New K-9

(WASHINGTON) - The Washington Police Department has acquired a new K9 unit.

Now the department has three canines they can utilize.

The new dog's name is Fen and his handler is Officer Matthew Stanley. They will both go to school next month.

It will take 8 to 10 weeks of training before Fen will begin patrolling with Officer Stanley.
