(BEDFORD) - Sonic Drive-in backed out of plans to build a drive-in restaurant at Williams Crossing in Bedford.
Bedford Plan Director Dan Kirk confirmed that the developer contacted the Bedford Plan Department informing Kirk that it no longer plans to build in Bedford.
The restaurant was to be constructed on a site adjacent to Williams Crossing and John Williams Boulevard.
Kirk says the project developer, Bill French for Cushman & theefield, didn't give a reason for the decision.
