Sen. Eric Koch Welcomes Local Students to Statehouse

(STATEHOUSE) - State Sen. Eric Koch (R-Bedford) welcomed the following students to the Statehouse who served as Senate pages in January and February:

  • Hailey Allgood, from Bloomington, attends Batchelor Middle School
  • Darren Beeler, from Seymour, attends Sandy Creek Christian Academy (pictured with State Sen. Chip Perfect)
  • Wylah Brahaum, from Nashville, attends Brown County Junior High School
  • Michael Carroll, from Bedford, is a homeschooled student
  • Thomas Carroll, from Bedford, is a homeschooled student
  • Madison Chase, from Bedford, attends Oolitic Middle School
  • Grace Claycamp, from Seymour, attends Immanuel Lutheran School
  • Addyson Cook, from Mitchell, attends Mitchell High School
  • Olivia Corns, from Mitchell, attends Mitchell Junior High School

Pages spend a day at the Statehouse, touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate floor and interacting with their state senators.

Students in grades six through 12 participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session.
