(DAVIESS CO.) - National Weather Service Storm Survey teams confirm four tornadoes briefly touched down in Daviess County early Wednesday morning.
An EF-2 Tornado with estimated maximum winds of 113 MPH touched down briefly near Washington around 5:00 AM blowing out the walls of a garage that was attached to a home and destroying a pole barn.
An EF-1 Tornado with max winds of 100 MPH touched down briefly about the same time in Montgomery, snapping off some trees at mid-trunk.
An EF-2 Tornado with 125 MPH winds also touched down near Montgomery shortly after 5:00 AM.
It stayed on the ground for about a quarter mile snapping off some large trees and destroying an electrical power line truss.
And, an EF-1 Tornado with max winds of 110 MPH touched down briefly shortly after that near Montgomery damaging an unattached garage and a camper.
There were no injuries associated with any of the four tornadoes.
