(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested Monday after the Indiana State Police’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Unit and members of the ICAC Task Force executed a search warrant at his home at 1117 Tulip Street.
Police arrested 42-year-old Patrick S. McDonald on felony charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, three counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of sending harmful matter to a minor.
According to Indiana State Police Sgt. Curt Durnil the investigation is ongoing.
