(BLOOMFIELD) - The Eastern Greene School Board Monday voted to accept partial settlements from four of the companies the school corporation filed suit against in regards to alleged defects in the construction of Eastern Greene High School.
The Greene County Daily World reports that partial settlements were accepted from Wilkie Structural Engineering, Inc., an engineering firm based in Evansville; Keusch Glass, Inc., a commercial glass contractor in Jasper; Skillman Corporation, Inc., a construction management and design/build company located in Indianapolis and Aercon Florida LLC Inc., a manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete.
Due to ongoing litigation and the confidential nature of the case, no details were released on the partial settlements.
