(ORLEANS) - This year’s Dogwood Festival Little Miss Pageants will be held on April 23rd at the Orleans Elementary School beginning at 1 p.m. for the Tiny Miss Dogwood and Little Miss Blossom pageants. Participants should arrive by 12:30 p.m.
The Little Miss Petal and Little Miss Dogwood pageants will begin at 4 p.m., with participants arriving by 3:30 p.m. Contestants should enter through the cafeteria doors.
All contestants must have a valid address in the Orleans Community School District or attend Orleans Elementary School.
The Tiny Miss Dogwood Contest is open to preschoolers who are at least 4 years of age and kindergarteners. To participate in this category, preschool girls may not have participated in the Baby Contest.
The Little Miss Petal Contest is for grades first and second; Little Miss Blossom is for grades Third and fourth; and the Little Miss Dogwood Contest is open to grades 5th and 6th. Registration deadline is April 16th.
Each contestant will pay a $20 entry fee.
Admission will be $2 to the event. Each contestant will receive 2 free tickets for admission.
