(ORLEANS) - An Orleans High School senior was the winner of the Orleans Dogwood Festival art contest.
Claire Hester, original artwork, with the theme "Helping Hands, Helping Others - A Community That Serves" will be featured on the front cover of the 2017 Orleans Dogwood Festival commemorative souvenir program.
Hester is the daughter of Mike and Beverly Hester.
The contest is sponsored by the Orleans Chamber of Commerce.
The Dogwood Festival is scheduled for April 26-29.
