Last updated on Tuesday, March 28, 2017

(BLOOMINGTON) - A delivery man was robbed at knife-point early Saturday morning.

Bloomington Police were called to the intersection of South College Avenue and West Third Street around 4 a.m. after a 28-year-old delivery man reported he had been biking south on College Avenue when he was passed by another bicyclist.

The man told police he then stopped for a red light at the intersection of Third and College when the bicyclist pulled up beside him, pulled a hunting-style knife, pressed it against his chest and demanded $20.

He gave him all the money he had and then biked away.

The robber is described as a white man, around 30 years old. He was wearing a dark cap and light-colored hoodie.

The case remains under investigation.
