Bedford Woman Arrested After Controlled Drug Buy

(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County Drug Task Force arrested a Bedford woman Tuesday after they say she was dealing meth.

Police arrested 23-year-old Averi Hill of Bedford on felony charges of dealing meth, possession of meth and conspiracy to commit dealing meth.

According to a Lawrence County Superior Court I probable cause affidavit, in February a confidential informant bought meth from Hill during a controlled drug deal.

A warrant was issued for Hill's arrest. She is being held on a $50,000 surety or $5,005 cash bond. A pretrial conference is now set for July 10 at 1 p.m.
