(BLOOMINGTON) - A man being treated at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital was arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted two health care employees.
The man, who was intoxicated, was taken to the hospital for treatment just after midnight on Saturday after suffering a head injury.
Police arrested 68-year-old Jay Hardy after he allegedly fondled the chest of one female emergency worker and grabbed another between the legs.
A Bloomington Police officer, who was in the hospital, was alerted to the incident by a hospital employee and he arrested Hardy on charges of rape and sexual battery.
After Hardy's medical treatment was finished, he was arrested and taken to Monroe County Correctional Center, where he is being held on $15,000 bond.
