(BEDFORD) - A fight began in the Lawrence County Jail after an inmate got upset because he wanted coffee.
According to Lawrence County Major Gregg Taylor, the other inmates in the block tried to calm the man down, but he started throwing punches striking another inmate.
"One inmate suffered a very minor abrasion to his face," Taylor added. "During the investigation none of the inmates involved wished to pursue criminal charges and the incident is being reviewed by the jail commander at this time to see if disciplinary action will be taken."
