(DAVIESS CO.) - On Wednesday, after an accident, city police charged 29-year-old Rodne Germain of Washington for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating while never licensed, and resisting law enforcement.

No bond was set. He was arrested after going to the police station with another man reporting a stolen vehicle. The accident happened on Cosby Road when a vehicle hit utility pole at 3:10-am yesterday. Police reports say two men had fled from the scene.

Washington City conducted an investigation Tuesday and arrested 61-year-old Phllip R. George of Bloomfield. He was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and two counts of operating while intoxicated including with endangerment. No bond was set.

An accident investigation Friday led to charges against 37-year-old Greg Webb of Washington. He was booked into jail at just before 6-pm for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and possession of a schedule 4 substance. He bonded out of the security center.
