(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man suffered shoulder and upper arm pain after he crashed his 2002 Pontiac Grand Am on Tunnelton Road on Wednesday morning.

According to a Bedford Police report, officers were call to the accident at 6:45 a.m. just north of Brookside Drive.

Police say 38-year-old Anthony Hibbert of Bedford was traveling north on Tunnelton Road but told police he couldn't remember what happened.

Marks on the roadway indicated Hibbert entered the curve and his vehicle lost traction and crossed the center line and spun out before going off the left side of the road, through some trees and brush before going over an embankment and stopping.

IU Health Hospital crews assisted at the scene.
