(BLOOMINGTON) - The I-69 Development Partners Team announces a traffic pattern change on That Road between Fullerton Pike and Medical Park Boulevard.
Flagging operations are scheduled for Wednesday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., weather permitting.
The road will be reduced to one-lane traffic for utility work.
