(MONTGOMERY) - More information has been released on the arrest of a Montgomery man charged with child molesting.
Daviess County Sheriff's Department deputies arrested 40-year-old Eric S. Allen on Wednesday morning.
According to court records, Allen is accused of inappropriately touching a female child on multiple occasions between 2012 through 2016.
The victim told police Allen tiptoed into her bedroom to preform the acts and had taken photos of her with his cell phone.
Allen has denied the charges, but then admitted that he had become sexually aroused while touching the victim inappropriately and while watching her dance. He continues to deny ever taking inappropriate videos or photos of the child.
Allen remains in the Daviess County Security Center without bond.
